Account Application Process

In order to access Choice Wholesale USA, you must create an account with us. We will ask you for your basic contact information, including the business you’re from, and an uploaded document of your business certificate for verification.

  • Ordering and Delivery

    Orders must be placed over the phone or through Choice Wholesale USA. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.

    Shipping is free for orders over $500. If you are purchasing a large order, please contact us for discounted rates.

    * We ship in the continental US only.

  • Payment

    We accept all major credit cards.

  • Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

    We do not accept returns or issue refunds for wholesale orders. If there is a problem with your order and/or you received defective merchandise, please contact us at info@choicewholesaleusa.com

  • Defective/Broken Merchandise

    If you have received defective or broken merchandise, please contact us at info@choicewholesaleusa.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If it is after the 48 hours, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
